Returns & Exchanges
At Fusion Outfitters, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note, returns must be authorized before sending any items back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return:
If you wish to return an item, simply contact us at
with your order number and details about the item you'd like to return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns) and instructions on how to send back your item.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, Fusion Outfitters will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to any other reason, such as change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at
. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom products (such as personalized or special-order items).
- Safety gear (such as life jackets, harnesses, or protective equipment) that has been used or opened.
- Cut Rope or made to order rigging
- Hardware that has been opened/attempted to be installed
- Select Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:
Need a different size or product? The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Once we’ve accepted your return, we’ll provide instructions on how to send back your item.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
